Question: I have missed the this pill a few times this months and now have sore breasts and was woundering if it was the pill that can cause tenderness or not ??
Answer: You are NOT protected against pregnancy and your own hormones give you your sore breasts , because your biological rhythm and balance have been upset. You will need to use a barrier contraceptive (condom) for the rest of your pill cycle. If you struggle to remember taking your pill every day, you may wish to consider an alternative contraceptive such as the patch, Nuvaring or the IUD.
