Pick up from over 600 UK pharmacies. Choosing Pharma.MyonlineDoctor gives you access to the UK’s largest network of Independent pharmacies. Once you have registered your account with us, you can opt for your local pharmacy either to post your medication to you (next day delivery available) or to prepare your prescription ready for you to pick up at a time convenient to you.

Our Service Explained
We ask you for your personal details, general health information and we ask you to provide further information about the condition you are requesting treatment for. When you register for the first time, you can select your preferred treatment option for our doctor to approve. Our doctor will then review the information you have provided and he will approve your treatment if suitable.

To ensure complete discretion, all communication between us takes place in your secure login area and we do not send you emails of a personal nature – only message alerts telling you have a message waiting for you in your login area. You then have to login to your account with Pharmadoctor to pick up the messages.
Occasionally, we run promotional campaigns via email. You do not have to receive these and it is easy to opt out of them when you first set up your account.
Please note there is a supplementary charge for guaranteed next day delivery.
If you do not have an existing prescription, then our doctors can supply one subject to the treatment being suitable. Once you have registered with us, our doctor will write a prescription for you which we will then forward to on your behalf. The treatment is then sent to you directly by or you can select the “pick up from pharmacy” option if that is more convenient.
To provide this service, we add a fee to the cost of the medicine as displayed by on their website. This fee includes our doctor's prescription fee, full telephone customer support, free access to our pharmacists and doctors for follow-up advice as well as next day delivery on all products.

Orders submitted outside of normal working hours (including evenings and weekends): These will be reviewed during the next business day.
Customer care, particularly aftercare, is also an important consideration. In our CQC surveys, our patients rate us consistently highly for the quality of our customer care. As a small company, it is important to us that our customers feel valued and we work hard to provide a friendly and efficient service. When occasionally something goes wrong, we do our utmost to put it right. We have a comprehensive returns and refunds policy giving you peace of mind in the event that you make a mistake or something goes wrong with the delivery. It is important to compare services which are like for like. At a minimum, you need to ensure the service is registered with the Care Quality Commission. This is the government agency that regulates all private medical services in the UK. Amongst other things, it conducts criminal record checks on the people who run the service and is responsible for ensuring that minimum professional and ethical standards are adhered to. You should aslo check the website is owned and operated by a UK registered company with a UK telephone number. Check Pharmadoctor’s CQC registration.
We value our customers' long term business and, as of May 2014, we are the only UK online doctor service to offer an automatic loyalty discount of £7.50 on all repeat prescriptions.
Our prices include the cost of the medication and all prescription fees. The only extra cost you will pay is for delivery. Free clinical support from our doctors and pharmacists.

Our partner pharmacies: Our partner pharmacies are all UK members of the General Pharmaceutical Council and you can check their registration here .
Our doctors: All our doctors are qualified and registered either with The General Medical Council or an EU counterpart. We supply you with the name and registration number of your prescribing doctor once you have placed your order.
Our treatments: All our treatments are genuine, branded medicines carrying the manufacturer's hallmark and production batch code. This can be used to check the origin of the product with the pharmaceutical manufacturer if further reassurance is needed.
