If you test positive through the Pharma.MyonlineDoctor home testing service we will provide you with a free prescription treatment. STI kits: instructions for use

Pharma.myonlinedoctor STI tests can be taken from the confort of your own home.

Check your kit contains:

  • A pre-paid addressed returns envelope.
  • A urine sample container - found inside the plastic protection case.
  • A "Sample Request Form", this must be returned with your urine sample.
Fill in your sample label.

Please fill in the date and time you take the test on the label of the urine sample bottle.
Provide a Urine Sample.
  • Wash your hands before passing urine
  • Make sure you have not passed urine in the last 2 hours � it is best to provide a sample first thing in the morning for a more concentrated specimen.
  • Fill the sample container to just over half way.
  • Pass the rest into the toilet.
  • Screw the lid back on the bottle tightly.
  • Remember to wash your hands.
Return the kit to the lab
  • Make sure you completed the label of the urine sample bottle.
  • Place the urine sample container back into the protective plastic holder and close it tightly.
  • Place the sample and the pre-filled form into the pre-paid returns envelope provided.
  • Seal the envelope and post th e same day.
Check your results

Results are normally ready 2-5 days after the sample is received back at the laboratory. If you leave us your mobile telephone number when you order, we will send you a text to notify you when your results are ready and invite you to log in to your secure area.

Log in to view results and any appropriate aftercare information.

If you test positive through Pharma.MyonlineDoctor we will ask you to complete a quick online questionnaire, and if it is safe to do so we will send you the appropriate medications free of charge.

If you test positive for STIs tell your partner or any recent lovers so they can get treatment. Pharma.myonlinedoctor can provide a private prescription for antibiotics to your partner as a precautionary measure.
