Answer: The idea hopefully is that you would stop taking Xenical when your BMI comes within a healthy range: 18.5-24.9. After that you would maintain your new healthy weight through a healthy diet and exercise. If, however, your BMI is still above 25 after 24 months of treatment with Xenical Orlistat, you should take a 6 month break before starting again.
